Ingredients for Spicy Burger Salad:
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- ¼ cup whole-wheat breadcrumbs
- 80g low-fat paneer
- 80g skyr
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- Juice of half a lemon
- ½ head of lettuce
- 1 small tomato
- ½ cucumber
- 1 small capsicum
Method of Preparation:
- Combine the oil, all dry spices, ginger-garlic paste, and salt to create a marinade.
