Delicious Spicy Burger Salad Recipe: 30g Protein and Only 430 Calories!

This dish is packed with approximately 30 grams of protein and contains only 430 calories, making it a guilt-free indulgence. Plus, it’s easy to prepare using everyday ingredients!


Ingredients for Spicy Burger Salad:


  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ cup whole-wheat breadcrumbs
  • 80g low-fat paneer
  • 80g skyr
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • ½ head of lettuce
  • 1 small tomato
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 small capsicum

Method of Preparation:


  1. Combine the oil, all dry spices, ginger-garlic paste, and salt to create a marinade.
  2. Mix in the breadcrumbs and coat the paneer evenly with the mixture.
  3. Heat a pan with a bit of oil, and grill the paneer cubes until golden and crispy.
  4. For the sauce, mix skyr with chili flakes, pepper, garlic powder, and ketchup.
  5. In a bowl, assemble the finely chopped lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and capsicum along with the grilled paneer.
  6. Top with the sauce, toss everything well, and enjoy!

This spicy burger salad is a perfect way to enjoy a burger-inspired meal while sticking to your health goals!
