Alia Bhatt Embraces a Slower Pace in Film Career After Becoming a Mother
In a recent interview, Alia Bhatt opened up about her changing priorities after the birth of her daughter, Raha. The talented actress expressed her happiness with focusing on one film at a time, stating, “I don’t want to do 2-3 films simultaneously anymore.”
Alia shared how motherhood has transformed her work approach, emphasizing a comfortable pace that allows her to dedicate her energy fully to each project. She mentioned, “Of course, the volume and the speed at which I work now are different because I have a child. But it’s a comfortable pace, and I’m happy with it.”
Discussing her experience filming the action movie Alpha after becoming a mother, Alia noted that it was a unique learning experience that helped her appreciate her body's capabilities.
Since welcoming Raha in November 2022, Alia has frequently shared insights into her life as a mother. She's described her daughter as “naughty and chatty” and enjoys the bond they share. In interviews, she has revealed that Raha often accompanies her to work, even having her own vanity van.
Looking ahead, Alia has two major films lined up: the action-packed Alpha, set for release in 2026, and Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War, which will also feature Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal.
