Anurag Kashyap’s Take on the Most Popular Khan: Shah Rukh, Salman, or Aamir?

In the competitive world of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Aamir Khan have been prominent figures for over four decades. Recently, director Anurag Kashyap weighed in on who he believes is the most popular among the trio.

During a conversation with Komal Nahta, Kashyap stated, "Lokpriya toh Shah Rukh hi he, Salman he phir Aamir he. Sabse mehnati aur shrewd Aamir he." This translates to "Shah Rukh is the most popular, followed by Salman, and then Aamir. Aamir is the hardest worker and the smartest of the three."

While Kashyap has not collaborated directly with any of the Khans, his brother, Abhinav Kashyap, directed Salman in the blockbuster film Dabangg. However, their professional relationship soured post-release.

The three Khans recently made a rare joint appearance at the Joy Forum in Riyadh, where they discussed their careers and friendships. Shah Rukh Khan has not released a film in two years, with his last being Dunki. He was awarded the National Award for Best Actor for his role in Jawan in September. Aamir Khan was seen in Sitaare Zameen Par, while Salman Khan had his film Sikandar released during Eid. His upcoming projects include Battle of Galwan and hosting Bigg Boss 19.

Shah Rukh is set to star in King, which will also feature his daughter Suhana Khan and Deepika Padukone, generating considerable buzz on social media.
