Rapper Badshah is set to make history as he joins the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game taking place this month in California. Announced by the NBA on their Instagram, Badshah will be the first Indian rapper to participate in this exciting event.
He will be representing Team Anthony Anderson, playing alongside notable personalities like Simu Liu, Cody Jones, Andre De Grasse, Taylor Frankie Paul, and Mat Ishbia. The team will also include Jason Williams, Nicolas Vansteenberghe, Mustard, Adrien Nunez, and Keenan Allen. Coaches for this team are Anthony Anderson, Lethal Shooter, and Chris Brickley.
On the opposing team, players include Keegan-Michael Key, Shams Charania, Jeremy Lin, and Tacko Fall, among others. The coaches for this team are Giannis Antetokounmpo and Mookie Betts.
The NBA All-Star game is scheduled for Friday, February 13, at 7 PM ET (Saturday, February 14, at 5:30 AM IST) at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California. Fans in India can catch the live broadcast on ESPN, Prime Video, and the official NBA App.
