Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat box office collection day 8: Harshvardhan Rane and Sonam Bajwa’s romantic drama made a splash upon its Diwali release. Despite competing with other major films, it is now approaching the impressive ₹50 crore mark.

As reported, after a solid first weekend, the film garnered ₹3.5 crore on Monday and ₹4.25 crore on Tuesday, bringing its total to ₹49.25 crore. This puts it on the verge of crossing the ₹50 crore threshold at the domestic box office.

Although still lagging behind Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna’s horror-comedy Thamma, which has collected ₹95.6 crore, Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat has emerged as a commercial triumph. With a production budget of just ₹25 crore, the film has already recouped its costs within eight days.

Moreover, it has surpassed the lifetime earnings of Sanam Teri Kasam, which collected ₹42.28 crore. Harshvardhan expressed gratitude to fans for their support, stating that their backing has sent a strong message against nepotism in Bollywood.
