Farah Khan’s Stunning Throwback: Backup Dancer to Bollywood Icon
Farah Khan recently shared her reaction to an old video from 1987 where she appeared as a backup dancer in the film Jalwa. This film, featuring Naseeruddin Shah and Archana Puran Singh, marked her entry into the Bollywood scene. Fans were delighted to see a young Farah showcasing her dance moves in the song 'Feeling Hot Hot Hot'.
The clip was posted on Instagram by a fan with the caption, "Farah Khan’s first appearance as a professional dancer in a film was as a background dancer in the 1987 movie Jalwa." In the video, a curly-haired Farah, dressed in white, dances energetically alongside Archana Puran Singh. The track was composed by Anand–Milind and sung by Sharon Prabhakar.
Farah's reaction to the nostalgia was heartfelt; she commented, “Ohhh my goddd!!” accompanied by a laughter emoji. Fellow actress Richa Chadha also chimed in, calling her “so cute.” Fans praised her dedication and remarked on how beautiful she looked, with one user noting, “She’s worked really hard to achieve where she is.
