GATE Result 2026 Now Available: Check Your Scores

The Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati has announced the GATE Result 2026. Candidates who participated in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering can access their results and scorecards by visiting the official IIT GATE website at gate2026.iitg.ac.in.

Scorecards can be downloaded from the official site, and they will remain valid for three years from the date of the results announcement. It is advisable for candidates to keep an electronic copy of their scorecards for future reference.

After May 31, 2026, a fee of ₹500 per test paper will be charged for obtaining the scorecard. Please note that from January 1, 2027, scorecards for GATE 2026 will no longer be issued.

Steps to Check GATE Result 2026

To download the scorecard, candidates can follow these steps:

1. Go to the official IIT GATE website: gate2026.iitg.ac.in.

2. Click on the GATE Result 2026 link available on the homepage.

3. A new page will open where candidates need to enter their login details.

4. After entering the information, click on submit, and your scorecard will be displayed.

5. Review the scorecard and download it for your records.

6. It is recommended to keep a hard copy for future reference.
