How to stop spam calls on airtel

Here are the steps you need to follow to activate DND on your phone through the Airtel website:

• Go to the Airtel DND website.
• Scroll down to the big red tiled section which says ‘Click here .

• Enter your 10-digit Airtel phone number into the space provided, and click on ‘Get OTP’
• Now you will receive an OTP (one-time password) on your phone through an SMS. Please enter that OTP.
• After receiving the OTP, you will be directed to a new screen where you can choose to block each service individually or block all services at once by selecting the “Block All (Except Transactional communications)” option.

To get DND on your mobile number, by sending an SMS or by making a call, you can avail the following steps:

• Through SMS – Send the message ‘START 0’ to the number 1909, which will enable DND
• Through phone call – Call 1909 from your registered 10-digit Airtel mobile number and follow the instructions that the automated voice recorder tells you.
