The sprawling 1.84-acre estate was purchased from renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Aaron Rollins and his wife, Marine Rollins. This waterfront property, located at 7 Indian Creek Island Road, surpasses the previous record of $120 million set in 2025.
Designer Unveils Stunning Details
Zuckerberg's new neighbors include high-profile figures such as Amazon's Jeff Bezos and NFL star Tom Brady. Although renovations are underway, acclaimed designer and architect Ferris Rafauli recently offered a sneak peek of the mansion's designs on social media.
Describing his work as a 'labor of love,' Rafauli's design features a central sweeping staircase beneath a massive skylight, allowing natural light to illuminate the home. A stunning aquarium serves as a transparent divider between the living and dining spaces, showcasing a unique blend of elegance and functionality.
