SPJIMR Unveils Fifth Batch of Online PGDM Program for Future Business Leaders
Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR) has announced admissions for the fifth batch of its Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) Online program. This two-year AICTE-approved course is tailored for working professionals who wish to enhance their management capabilities without interrupting their careers.
SPJIMR is one of the few institutions worldwide to hold triple accreditation from EQUIS, AACSB, and AMBA. The online PGDM program aims to blend academic rigor with flexibility and industry relevance, making it accessible to professionals across various sectors and locations.
The curriculum is structured to cultivate decision-making, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills. Previous cohorts have featured participants from diverse professional backgrounds and regions, including Central and South-East Asia.
During the first year, students engage with core subjects in functional and general management. The second year allows for micro-specializations. A significant aspect of the program is the six-month Industry Integrated Learning Project (IILP), complemented by a module on Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
The program also includes three on-campus immersions at SPJIMR’s Mumbai campus, each lasting five days. These sessions facilitate faculty interaction, peer learning, workshops, group projects, and engagement with industry leaders. Moreover, participants can opt for an international immersion to gain insights into global business practices and cross-cultural experiences.
Prof. Debmallya Chatterjee, Chairperson of PGDM Online at SPJIMR, emphasized that the program is designed to support professionals balancing work and personal commitments while preparing for leadership roles that demand analytical depth and integrative thinking.
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive the PGDM Online diploma and will gain access to SPJIMR’s extensive alumni network of over 18,000 professionals.
