3. Focus on Gut Health


To tackle bloating, incorporate fermented foods like curd and buttermilk into your diet. These help restore beneficial gut bacteria, especially after consuming heavy foods. Light spices like ginger and turmeric can further support digestion.


4. Engage in Light Exercise


Physical activity, such as brisk walking, yoga, or stretching for 30 minutes daily, can enhance blood circulation and alleviate feelings of fatigue. Gentle movements can significantly improve your post-festive recovery.
