NTA Announces UGC NET Admit Card for December 31 Exam

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the UGC NET admit card for the exam scheduled on December 31, 2025. Candidates can easily download their admit cards by visiting the official website, ugcnet.nta.nic.in.


On that day, exams will be conducted for various subjects including Law, Social Work, Telugu, Tourism Administration and Management, Spanish, Prakrit, Kashmiri, and Konkani.


The exam will take place in a computer-based test (CBT) format, running from December 31, 2025, to January 7, 2026. Admit cards for exams on other days will be made available soon.


Candidates are advised to thoroughly read the instructions provided on the admit card and the accompanying undertaking after downloading it.

The UGC NET test papers will include two sections, both comprising objective-type, multiple-choice questions. There will be no breaks in between, and the total duration of the exam will be 3 hours.


In total, the paper will have 150 questions, carrying a total of 300 marks. The question papers will be available in English and Hindi, except for language-specific papers.

  1. Visit the official website, ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
  2. Click on the 'Admit Card Download' link located under the 'Latest News' section.
  3. Enter the required information and log in.
  4. Submit your details to download the admit card.
