RRB Technician Recruitment 2026: Apply for 6557 Vacancies

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced the opening for Technician posts, with a total of 6557 vacancies available. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their applications online at rrbapply.gov.in.

Selection Process

The selection will involve a Computer Based Test (CBT), Document Verification (DV), and a Medical examination. The CBT will last for 90 minutes and consist of 100 questions, with negative marking of 1/3rd marks for each incorrect answer.

Examination Fee

The examination fee is ₹500 for all candidates and ₹250 for SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen, PwBD, Female, Transgender, Minorities, or Economically Backward Class (EBC) candidates. Payments can be made through internet banking, debit/credit cards, or UPI. Candidates should bear any applicable service charges.
