NABARD Launches Young Professional Programme with ₹70,000 Monthly Stipend
The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) is now accepting applications for its Young Professionals programme on a contractual basis. Interested candidates can submit their applications online at nabard.org until January 12, 2026.
This engagement lasts for one year, with the possibility of extension up to three years based on performance and organizational needs.
Participants in the Young Professionals programme will receive a monthly stipend of ₹70,000, with applicable taxes deducted at source prior to payment.

Applicants must be Indian citizens aged between 21 and 30 years as of November 1, 2025.
The selection process will consist of two stages: application screening and interviews. Initially, applications will be reviewed based on criteria such as academic performance and relevant work experience. Shortlisted candidates will then face the Young Professional Selection Committee for further evaluation.
Final appointments will be contingent upon candidates being declared medically fit.
