Parth Kumar Tiwari from UP Tops UPSC NDA II Exam 2026
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the UPSC NDA II Final Result for 2026, and Parth Kumar Tiwari from Uttar Pradesh has secured the top position.
A total of 742 candidates have passed the written examination conducted on September 14, 2025, followed by interviews by the Services Selection Board, Ministry of Defence. These candidates are now set to join the Army, Navy, and Air Force wings of the National Defence Academy for the 156th Course and the Indian Naval Academy for the 118th Naval Academy Course.
Out of the qualified candidates, 651 are men and 91 are women. Parth, a Class 12 student residing in Ballia district, achieved All India Rank 1 in this prestigious examination. He completed his schooling at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya before enrolling in the Rashtriya Indian Military College (RIMC) in Dehradun.
Born in 2009, Parth began his education in Kodagu district, Karnataka. His academic journey took a significant turn when he was selected for RIMC in Class 8.
According to his father, after completing his 12th grade, Parth plans to pursue his graduation while undergoing training at the NDA in Pune. He will later return to Dehradun for further training.
The final results were announced on April 8, 2026, and candidates can expect to access their individual marks on the UPSC website about 15 days after the results are released.
