APSC JE Results 2025: Check Your Results and Document Verification Dates

The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has officially announced the results for the Junior Engineer (Civil) recruitment examination. This examination was conducted for positions in the Public Works Roads Department (PWRD) and the Public Works (Building & NH) Department.

Candidates who took the exam can view their results on the official APSC website at apsc.nic.in.

Document Verification Details

Shortlisted candidates are required to attend the document verification process. According to the notice, the Assam Public Service Commission has shortlisted candidates for document verification in relation to the recruitment of Junior Engineer (Civil). This screening test was conducted on July 20, 2025.

Document verification will take place at the APSC office located in Jawaharnagar, Khanapara, Guwahati, on the following dates:

• October 27, 2025
• October 29, 2025
• October 30, 2025
• October 31, 2025
• November 1, 2025

The verification will start at 10 AM each day.

Required Documents

Candidates should bring the following original documents along with self-attested photocopies:

1. H.S.L.C/H.S Admit/Marksheet/Pass Certificate (proof of age)
2. H.S.L.C Marksheet and Pass Certificate
3. H.S.S.L.C Marksheet and Pass Certificate (if applicable)
4. Diploma Marksheets (All Semesters) and Pass Certificate
5. CGPA Conversion Formula (if applicable)
6. Permanent Residential Certificate/Employment Exchange Registration
7. No Objection Certificate (for state government employees of Assam)
8. Caste/Updated PwBD certificate (if applicable)
9. BPL card (if applicable)

Additionally, candidates must produce one form of photo ID on the day of verification, such as a PAN Card, Driving License, Passport, Voter ID, or Aadhaar Card.

2. Click on the link for APSC JE Results 2025 on the home page
3. Open the result PDF displayed on the screen
4. Look for your roll number in the PDF
5. Download the result and print it for your records
