JEE Advanced 2026: Key Dates and Application Process
The Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, will conduct the JEE Advanced 2026 exam on May 17, 2026. This prestigious examination will take place in two shifts: the first from 9 AM to 12 noon and the second from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
As announced by IIT Roorkee, the Joint Entrance Examination (Advanced) 2026 will be held in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. Eligible candidates must be among the top 250,000 performers in JEE Main 2026 and born on or after October 1, 2001.
How to Apply for JEE Advanced 2026
To register online, candidates can follow these steps:
1. Visit the official JEE Advanced website at jeeadv.ac.in.
2. Click on the JEE Advanced 2026 registration link on the homepage.
3. A new page will open for candidate registration.
4. After registration, log in to your account.
5. Fill out the application form and pay the application fee.
6. Submit your application.
7. Download the confirmation page and keep a hard copy for future reference.
The application fee is ₹1600 for female candidates, ST, SC, and PwD candidates, and ₹3200 for all other candidates. Payments can be made online using debit cards, credit cards, net banking, or UPI.
The JEE Advanced exam facilitates admission to various engineering, science, and architecture programs at all IITs, including 4-year B.Tech, 5-year B.Arch, and dual-degree programs.
