JEE Mains Result 2026: How to Check Your Scorecard
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the JEE Mains Result 2026 for Session 1. Candidates who took the Joint Entrance Examination can now check their results on the NTA JEE website at jeemain.nta.nic.in.
The list of candidates achieving the 100th percentile includes 12 individuals, primarily male, with many hailing from Rajasthan. Notable names include Kabeer Chhillar, Chiranjib Kar, and Arnav Gautam.
However, the scores of 68 candidates are withheld due to violations of examination protocols or discrepancies during identity verification.
How to Check Your Results
Follow these simple steps to access your scorecard:
- Visit the official NTA JEE website at jeemain.nta.nic.in.
- Click on the link for JEE Mains Result 2026 for Session 1 available on the homepage.
- A new page will open; enter your login details.
- Click 'Submit' to view your scorecard.
- Review your scorecard and download the results page.
- Print a hard copy for future reference.
The final answer key has also been released, with a total of 9 questions dropped from the exam.
Exam Schedule
The NTA JEE examination took place on January 21, 22, 23, 24, 28, and 29, 2026. Paper I was conducted across these dates in two shifts, while Paper II was held in a single shift on the last date.
