NEET SS 2025 Results: Cut-Offs and Scorecard Release Dates

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has officially declared the results for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Super Specialty (NEET SS) 2025. Candidates can access their results on the official website, natboard.edu.in.


The entrance examination for various DM/MCh and DrNB Super Specialty courses took place on December 26 and 27, 2025.


Following the exam, all questions were meticulously reviewed by faculty members from the relevant specialty. Any questions found to be technically incorrect resulted in all candidates receiving full marks for those questions.


NEET SS 2025 Cut-Off Marks


To qualify, candidates needed to be in the 50th percentile or above in their respective groups. The cut-off marks are as follows:


  • Anaesthesiology Group: 284 (out of 600)
  • Critical Care Medicine Group: 288
  • ENT Group: 294
  • Medical Group: 225
  • Medical Oncology Group: 230
  • Microbiology Group: 389
  • Obstetrics and Gynaecology Group: 355
  • Orthopaedics Group: 294
  • Paediatric Group: 271

Scores can be downloaded starting February 2, 2026. The individual scorecards will be available for six months on the NBEMS website.
