1. Prioritize Sleep

Dr. Mittal emphasizes the importance of getting at least eight hours of quality sleep. He believes that adequate rest allows for recovery from stress and boosts overall health.

2. Limit Blue Light Exposure

Avoiding blue light from screens at least an hour before bed is recommended to enhance sleep quality.

3. Follow a Low-Carb, High-Protein Diet

This diet focuses on lean proteins, healthy fats, and high-fiber foods, which help sustain energy levels throughout the day.

4. Eat Dinner Early

Having dinner before 7 PM aids digestion and allows the body to rest overnight.

5. Avoid Processed Foods

Instead of sugary desserts, Dr. Mittal opts for seasonal fruits, which provide essential nutrients without the excess calories.

6. Start Meals with Salad

Beginning meals with a salad helps control portion sizes and increases feelings of fullness before the main course.

7. Stay Active

Regular cardiovascular exercises, like biking and jogging, are key components of an active lifestyle.

8. Engage in Strength Training

Dr. Mittal incorporates strength training into his routine four times a week to maintain muscle mass and overall fitness.

9. Invest in Mental Health

Setting aside time for yoga, pranayama, and meditation each day is crucial for reducing stress and improving focus.

10. Foster Relationships

Dr. Mittal stresses the importance of social connections, dedicating time to family and friends as essential for good health.
