Konkona Sensharma: ‘Luck By Chance’ Script Left Me Blown Away

With the resurgence of interest in 'Luck By Chance' due to Aryan Khan's series 'Ba***ds of Bollywood', fans are revisiting this and other films set in the challenging world of Hindi cinema.
Konkona, who stars in JioHotstar's 'Search: The Naina Murder Case', is thrilled that 'Luck By Chance' is back in the spotlight. She described reading the script as a transformative experience, stating, 'It's one of the best scripts I've ever read. I was just blown away.'
As Sona Mishra, a small-town woman navigating the film industry, Konkona found her character's unique journey particularly engaging. She appreciated the film's blend of traditional romance and a compelling narrative.
Known for her roles in acclaimed films like 'Mr. and Mrs. Iyer' and 'Lipstick Under My Burkha', Konkona has also directed celebrated projects, including 'A Death in the Gunj'. Currently, she is working on a comedy series that she is co-writing and co-directing.
