Rolling Loud India: Highlights from Day 1 Featuring Wiz Khalifa and More

Rolling Loud, the renowned global Hip-Hop festival, made its spectacular debut in India on Saturday at Navi Mumbai's Kharghar. The event featured two stages, keeping attendees on their toes to catch every performance.

Day one showcased a vibrant mix of local and international artists, starting dramatically with a planned performance by Los Angeles singer Allyn, who unfortunately suffered a foot injury. She announced via social media that she would perform in a wheelchair on day two.

The crowd was captivated by India’s first all-female Hip-Hop collective, Wild Wild Women, who dazzled in colorful outfits. American rapper Dababy ensured an energetic performance, splashing water on fans as he performed.

Swae Lee took the stage next, delivering hits like "Sunflower," "No Type," and "Unforgettable." He engaged the audience with a surprise announcement of new music set to release in January, eliciting loud cheers.

Hanumankind, fresh from knee surgery, kept the crowd energized with songs like "Police at the Door" and "Monsoon Season," even incorporating the dance group Kings United into his set.

The highlight of the night was Wiz Khalifa, who had the audience grooving with classics like "Young Wild and Free" and "We Dem Boyz." He closed his set on an emotional note, dedicating "See You Again" to recently deceased artists while their images flashed on screen.

British rapper Central Cee wrapped up the evening with hits including "Truth in the Lies," making a memorable entrance in a T-shirt featuring Lord Shiva. A video of him playing cricket in Mumbai before his performance also went viral, alongside footage of a scuffle among festival-goers.
