Dhurandhar Box Office Collection Update: Ranveer Singh’s Film Surpasses Gadar 2
Dhurandhar box office collection update: As of day 17, Ranveer Singh's latest film has crossed the impressive milestone of ₹525 crore at the box office, surpassing the lifetime collections of Gadar 2.
Over its third weekend, Dhurandhar amassed nearly ₹100 crore net in India, setting yet another record for a Hindi film. This achievement is a testament to the film's popularity, which has consistently broken previous records.
On Sunday, the film experienced a significant boost, with a 52% increase in earnings compared to Saturday, bringing in ₹34.50 crore net. As of 4 PM on Sunday, Dhurandhar had already collected ₹19 crore net, pushing its total domestic earnings to ₹536 crore.
Notably, it has now surpassed the lifetime earnings of Gadar 2, which stood at ₹525 crore, and is on track to outpace Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan and Ranbir Kapoor's Animal.
Given its current momentum, Dhurandhar is projected to exceed ₹600 crore by next week, potentially challenging the all-time Bollywood record held by Jawan, which is ₹640 crore.
About Dhurandhar: The film stars Ranveer Singh as Hamza, an operative infiltrating Karachi's gang networks. Directed by Aditya Dhar, it features an ensemble cast including Akshaye Khanna, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, and R Madhavan. A sequel is scheduled for release in March 2026.
