Allu Arjun and Lokesh Kanagaraj Team Up for AA 23: A New Era in Telugu Cinema

It’s official! Actor Allu Arjun is set to collaborate with director Lokesh Kanagaraj for his 23rd film, tentatively titled AA 23. This exciting announcement was made by the producers, Mythri Movie Makers, on Bhogi (January 14), much to the delight of fans. Allu Arjun previously worked with Mythri Movie Makers on the blockbuster Pushpa films.

The announcement stated, “A Collaboration that will be Eternal in Indian Cinema. Icon Star @alluarjun X @Dir_Lokesh X @MythriOfficial X @anirudhofficial STRIVE FOR GREATNESS.” Anirudh Ravichander will be composing the music for this highly anticipated project, which is expected to begin filming this year.

Following his success in the Pushpa series, which included Pushpa: The Rise and Pushpa 2: The Rule, Allu Arjun has made a significant mark in the film industry. The first Pushpa film grossed ₹350 crore globally, while the sequel broke records with ₹1871 crore worldwide.

On the other hand, Lokesh Kanagaraj, known for his recent work on the film Coolie, is also stepping into a new role as a lead actor in the upcoming film DC. His previous films have garnered impressive box office collections, making him a prominent figure in Telugu cinema.

In addition to AA 23, Allu Arjun is also working on a high-budget film with Atlee, tentatively titled AA22 x A6, which stars Deepika Padukone. This project marks another exciting venture for the actor following the success of the Pushpa films.
