Dhurandhar 2 Box Office: Ranveer Singh’s Film Hits ₹1040 Crore Despite a Sharp Decline
Dhurandhar 2 Box Office Collection Day 21: The much-anticipated spy action thriller featuring Ranveer Singh, Arjun Rampal, and R. Madhavan has been making waves at the box office since its release on March 19. It marked a significant milestone by being the first Bollywood film to cross ₹1000 crore in India.
However, recent reports indicate a noticeable decline in ticket sales. According to the latest updates, Dhurandhar 2 earned only ₹7.90 crore on its third Wednesday, a sharp decrease from the previous day's earnings of ₹10 crore. This is the first instance of the film earning in single digits, suggesting a slowdown in its third week. Overall, the film's total gross collections in India now stand at ₹1246.67 crore, while the net collections are at ₹1041.27 crore.
As new releases are set to hit theaters this Friday, it will be intriguing to observe how Dhurandhar 2 performs in its fourth week. The film has already surpassed the lifetime earnings of SS Rajamouli's Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, which amassed ₹1030.42 crore. The question remains: can it also outdo the record set by Allu Arjun's Pushpa 2: The Rise, which stands at ₹1234.10 crore? Only time will tell.
