NMMSS Exam 2025 Successfully Held Across Haryana

The Haryana Board of School Education (HBSE) successfully conducted the National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship Scheme (NMMSS) exam on November 30. A total of 57,268 candidates participated in the exam, which was held at 192 centers across the state.

According to the board's announcement, the exam was carried out peacefully and without any incidents of malpractice. The exam took place from 11 AM to 2 PM, and arrangements were made to ensure a smooth process.

HBSE reported that 23,031 boys, 34,233 girls, and 4 transgender candidates received admit cards for the exam. To maintain integrity, district-level teams conducted surprise inspections at various centers, confirming that the examination was held without any disruptions.

District Education Officers also visited the centers in their areas, verifying that all arrangements were in place. The NMMSS exam aims to assist meritorious students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds studying in government and aided schools.

Selected candidates will receive a monthly scholarship from Class 9 through Class 12, helping them continue their education without financial burdens.
