Top Scorers of CA September 2025: Mukund Agiwal, Neha Khanwani, and L Rajalakshmi Shine

The results for the CA examinations held in September 2025 have been released by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). This year’s standout performers—Mukund Agiwal, Neha Khanwani, and L Rajalakshmi—achieved top ranks across the three major categories.


Among the 81,852 candidates in the CA Final exams, the pass rates were noted as follows: Group I at 24.66%, Group II at 25.26%, and an overall pass rate of 16.23% for both groups combined.


CA Final Toppers:


Mukund Agiwal (Dhamnod) – 500 marks, 83.33%


Tejas Mundada (Hyderabad) – 492 marks, 82.00%


Bakul Gupta (Alwar) – 489 marks, 81.50%


CA Charanjot Singh Nanda, President of ICAI, congratulated all successful candidates, emphasizing their effort and the support from mentors and family. He said, “As you join the esteemed ranks of Chartered Accountants, let your knowledge and integrity contribute to a Viksit Bharat.”


CA Intermediate Toppers:


This year, 159,779 candidates took the Intermediate exam, with pass percentages of 9.43% for Group I, 27.14% for Group II, and 10.06% for both groups.


Top scorers include:


Neha Khanwani (Jaipur) – 505/600 marks, 84.17%


Kriti Sharma (Ahmedabad) – 503/600 marks, 83.83%


Akshat Birendra Nautiyal (Mumbai) – 500/600 marks, 83.33%


CA Foundation Toppers:


The Foundation level saw 98,827 candidates, with overall pass rates at 14.78%. The results were 15.74% for male candidates and 13.76% for female candidates.


L. Rajalakshmi (Chennai) topped with 360 marks, achieving 90%.


Other notable scores were:


Prem Agarwal (Surat) – 354 marks, 88.50%


Neel Rajesh Shah (Mumbai) – 353 marks, 88.25%
