Celina Jaitly's Heartfelt Message for Her Detained Brother

Celina Jaitly, the renowned actor, is enduring a painful time as she worries for her brother, Retired Major Vikrant Jaitly, who has been detained in the UAE for nearly a year. The retired army officer was reportedly apprehended in September 2024 due to national security issues.

In an emotional Instagram post, Celina shared her anguish, stating that she hasn’t slept a single night without crying for him. She expressed her unwavering support, hoping he knows she is there for him.

“My Dumpy, I hope you’re ok. I hope you know I’m standing with you like a rock. I hope you know I haven’t slept a single night without crying for you,” she wrote, pouring out her feelings and love for her brother.

Recently, the Delhi High Court issued a notice to the Indian government, demanding a status report regarding Vikrant's detention. The court has also appointed a nodal officer to facilitate communication with the family, as Celina's petition claimed that the government’s assistance has been minimal.

Vikrant, who had been living in the UAE since 2016, was working with the MATITI Group. Celina continues to hope and pray for his safe return, standing strong during this challenging period.
