Dacoit Box Office Update: Day 6 Collection Hits ₹26 Crore
Dacoit Box Office Collection Day 6: Shaneil Deo’s film featuring Adivi Sesh, Mrunal Thakur, and Anurag Kashyap hit theaters on April 10. Despite mixed reviews, the film has maintained steady performance. It marks Sesh’s biggest opening to date but still lags behind Major in total earnings.
Box Office Performance: As reported by Sacnilk, Dacoit collected approximately ₹1.10 crore on Wednesday, bringing its total domestic earnings to ₹26.60 crore. This surpasses the lifetime collection of HIT: The Second Case, which stood at ₹25.92 crore. However, Major still holds a lead with ₹30.65 crore in the same time frame.
On its opening day, Dacoit netted ₹6.55 crore and experienced minimal growth over the weekend. The collections were ₹6.85 crore on Saturday and ₹6.40 crore on Sunday. Following a drop on Monday with ₹2.70 crore, there was a slight recovery on Tuesday, where it earned ₹3 crore, but it dipped again on Wednesday.
Adivi Sesh's Reaction: In an interview, Sesh acknowledged the mixed reviews, stating that while Dacoit achieved his highest opening, it lacked the positive critical reception of his previous works like Goodachari and Major. He highlighted the audience's extraordinary response despite the critical feedback.
